Strength and balance for healthy ageing

We offer a programme to anyone who as experience any of the following issues. This is an opportunity to regain confidence, build stability and improve strength and balance.

  • At risk of falling
  • Fear of falling
  • Recent fall
  • Poor balance or coordination
  • Low bone density

When we have a fear of falling or restricted movement it can be life limiting, take back control and join us for some guidance on ways to improve that strength and balance. The course run for 6 weeks and you can access them through referral via the GP.
