Working in the outdoors does wonders for our health in general. Not only are we getting the vitamins needed from the day light but we are also boosting our serotonin levels improving our moods. It is proven to reduce depression, anxiety and to lower blood pressure.
Here at the Kircubbin community centre we have our very own green gym space. This is an area that is great for seeding, planting and growing your own fruit, vegetables and flowers. most of all it is a great place to socialise and meet new people.
