Gym Grand Re-Opening

We’re Back

We are delighted to be able to welcome you back to the gym and classes. As you can imagine there will be strict measures in place to ensure safety. We want you to feel comfortable coming back and for you to take responsibility for your wellbeing by following our guidance.

How it will work

Gym members must pre–book session. 45 mins training + 15 minutes to clean.

4 persons max in the gym

Spin – Clients to pre–book classes:  6 persons max plus instructor

Outside classes – 15 max and subject to weather

All clients will be greeted at front desk in PHLP foyer. Instructor will sign them in and advise on procedures.

Clients to wear a face mask in the foyer and bring their own exercise mat and water.

No council toilets facilities are available in the building.

Gym Opening Hours:

Clients must pre-book session commencing on the hour for 45 minutes. All clients to clean their equipment after use.

 

09.00 – 19.00

 

Monday – Tuesday –  Wednesday only
09.00 – 14.00

 

Thursday – Friday only

 

Please note Gym may be unattended at times.

Classes (must pre-book – 6 clients max for spin)
